Plant a tree - grow a child

Kindergarten is a vital part of children's development. Unfortunately there are some children in our local community who will not have this opportunity.

Foundation Boroondara, Camcare, the Rotary Club of Balwyn and the Rotary Club of Hawthorn are working in partnership to facilitate the best start for all children in Boroondara by attending a kindergarten program prior to commencing primary school.

You can help

We invite individuals, corporates, businesses, clubs or groups and caring citizens to make a Kinder + pledge of $100 to $1000. This will facilitate a child to attend a 4 year old kindergarten program.

Payments are tax deductible.

In recognition of your pledge a dedicated tree will be planted in a community park and maintained by the City of Boroondara. A certificate will be issued in your name acknowledging your commitment to this significant community program.

Why not use this as an opportunity to join others in recognising someone special, a memory of a loved one or perhaps a member of an organisation deserving of recognition for a significant achievement or service.

We have had an enthusiastic response from community and support from local businesses.
